My first multi-tasking card used the technique for Grungy Monday Challenge 14 at StudioL3. Linda had us visit Tim's (Holtz) blog for his March 2008 Technique Challenge. I finally decided on the only tree stamp I had as the focal point so I could use it for the Operation Write Home challenge 3 "Tie a Yellow Ribbon" from last weekend's card making virtual party!
This 2nd photo is not that great, but it does show the metallic nicely (upper left corner)!
The 2nd multi-tasking card is for Gingersnap's Color Challenge. We are supposed to make a card using the color of our country's money. Which for the USA is green! I created this card for OWH virtual party's 1st challenge - camouflage
Other cards I finished this week for the OWH
Challenge 14 Color Me Crazy
The intent was to use all three images on one card, but as you can see I made 3 cards!
Challenge 15 Play on Words
Challenge 16 All About Animals
Still need to finish the card for OWH challenge 2. . . the fish bowl is still drying. . . hopefully I will finish it tomorrow (Monday)!
Have a fantastic week!
Linda
What a beautiful collection of cards for a great cause! Linda, I know these will be deeply appreciated by the service people who receive them.
ReplyDeleteThe GM14 piece is exceptional! The yellow ribbon is beyond perfect for OWH, and you did a fabulous job on the technique. I love that tree stamp!
